9th January 2023 – Scents and Self-Care

Several recent instructions have incorporated or suggested the use of different sensual items to create an erotic atmosphere. Today’s instructions will focus on scents, particularly incense and scented candles.

You won’t need much, just a source for a sensual smell of your choice and the privacy required to enjoy that smell in a calming play session. This is a self-care exercise that incorporates a few small breathing exercises alongside clitoral play.


Rules and Information:

  • You can orgasm whenever you like. This is not about orgasm control.

  • You will need something that smells nice. Incense and scented candles are the easiest option but make sure it’s a smell you find calming and relaxing.

Instructions:

  1. Light the incense, candle, or other nice-smelling product. Ensure you’re close enough to comfortably enjoy the aroma without it becoming overpowering.

  2. Take off your clothes and sit cross-legged with your back against a wall or surface. Consider adding a pillow behind you so that you can lean comfortably. Put your hands on your thighs and relax into this position.

  3. Close your eyes and breathe in deeply. Feel the aroma entering your nose and lungs.

  4. Breathe out through your mouth, allowing the aroma to leave your body. Take another ten deep breaths like this. Focus on the smell throughout this process.

  5. When you’re ready, open your eyes. Spread your legs and begin to trace a line up one of your thighs using your fingertips. Begin at your knee and follow your thigh upwards, edging closer and closer to your entrance before brushing over your labia and returning your fingertips to your thighs. Do this as gently as possible. Repeat this slow touching four times, twice on each thigh.

  6. Now, begin to trace a circle around your clit. Just a gentle circling motion. As you do this, close your eyes and repeat the breathing exercise from before. Take ten deep breaths, focusing on the combination of the aroma and your slow, methodical clit play.

  7. After finishing this breathing exercise, open your eyes and stop playing. Pause for a moment to embrace how you’re feeling. If you feel ready to move on to more play, continue with the next instructions. Otherwise, repeat steps 5 and 6 until you feel prepared to move on.

  8. When you’re ready, close your eyes again and allow yourself to enter a state of relaxation. Take a deep breath in through your nose. As you breath in, use one of your fingertips to trace a line from your entrance to your clit. Once you reach your clit, begin to play softly and simultaneously release your breath slowly. Repeat this process: breath in through your nose whilst gliding your fingertip up towards your clit, then breath out through your mouth as you play, using whatever techniques feel best. Every five breaths, increase the speed and pressure of your play until you find the perfect rhythm and sensation for you.

  9. Alongside your deep breaths and clit play, enjoy the scent in the air.

  10. Orgasm.
