One of the best parts about the winter months is escaping the cold by wrapping up in blankets, putting on a movie and curling up on the sofa with a mug of something warm. Cosiness is one of the best feelings in the world but there’s always ways to make good things even better…
Today’s session is about carving out some ‘me time’ to get comfy and have a relaxing orgasm.
Rules and Information:
- You can orgasm at any time. This is not about orgasm control.
- You will need a blanket (or some other way to get cosy). Whilst I recommend multiple blankets and a nice sofa, you could try wrapping up in a duvet or lots of fluffy loungewear instead. Whatever works!

Instructions:
- Start by getting all of your cosy items ready. Make sure your blankets or duvets are with you and you have some time to play in private.
- Now, take your clothes off.
- Sit or lie down wherever you are choosing to play and get wrapped up in your cosy items. Make sure that you have enough room to move your hands and touch yourself when ready.
- Wait a few minutes to ensure you’re warm but not overheating. Add and remove layers until you reach the perfect level of cosy.
- When comfortable, take a moment to explore your body. Let your hands roam. If your hands are still cold, experiment with their effect on your extremities. Trace gentle circles around your nipples. Run your fingertips up your thighs. Do not directly touch anywhere sensitive, though. Do this until your hands are warm or you’re ready for more.
- Begin exploring more directly and feel free to touch wherever you choose, just don’t stay in one place for long. Start at the top of your body. Rest your hands on either side of your neck and work them down your body, slowly. Glide your fingertips over your breasts and your nipples, over your stomach and then up your thighs. Then, bring them back again, brushing over your vulva and up your body to your neck once more.
- Repeat step 6 twice but this time, rest your head back and close your eyes. Don’t rush. Take your time.
- Select a place to begin your play session, whether it’s nipple play, clitoral play or penetrative play. Use whatever techniques feel best and are most suited to your comfortable position. This session is not about experimentation, it’s about enjoying what you know you love.
- Find a combination of sensations which feels best, get into a rhythm and orgasm when you’re ready.
