Happy Mother’s Day! To celebrate, today’s instructions are about relaxation and self-love. It can be difficult to find time in our busy schedules to just sit back and empty our minds. For mothers, it’s even more difficult but if there’s any day where you can carve some time out for yourself, it’s Mother’s Day.
With that in mind, it’s time to play in the bath. You won’t need much, just your favourite atmospheric items like candles and incense, as well as a bath you can lie in, of course.
Remember, masturbation is self-care!
Rules and Information:
- You can orgasm at any time. This is not about control.
- Create an atmosphere and take some time out for yourself. Dim the lights, get the candles out and create an environment that feels great. Make sure you have a little privacy so that your solo play is free from pressure or nervousness.
- Run a bath. Make sure it’s warm, comfortable and soapy. Try to secure some time where you can relax in the bath alone.
- Play some music. Choose some calming music that you enjoy and play it whilst you’re in the bath. Choose some tracks which help you relax and empty your mind; this is a mindfulness and self-care exercise.
- Bring lube! Water is not a lubricant. Bring lube to play penetrative play more comfortable.
Instructions
- Run a bath and put some relaxing music on.
- Spend a couple of minutes soaking and getting comfortable.
- Start by sitting up slightly. Soap up your hands and then cover your chest, neck and nipples. Be gentle. Let your fingers linger when they brush over your nipples. Relax into how smoothly they glide over your skin.
- When your body is soapy, move from generally touching your chest and shoulders to focusing on your nipples. Run your fingers around them slowly, getting closer with each completed circle, until your fingers reach them at the same time. Let them flick back and forth over your nipples softly.
- Get a little rougher now. Pinch your nipples lightly and pull – the soap will mean they slide off quickly. This is good. Repeat this, getting rougher each time. Find the pressure and speed which feels best.
- When ready, lean back and spread your legs. Hang a leg over the edge of the bath if you need to. Lay your head back and close your eyes. Use one hand to reach between your legs. With your middle finger and your ring finger, spread your entrance; then, use your other hand to run a finger from your entrance up to your clit. Repeat this. Be soft. Use slow, long strokes with a single finger. Do this for around a minute, then, return to the instructions.
- Now stop. With your legs still spread, use one hand to tease your nipples further. Be direct and rough. Play with them slowly and in whatever way you prefer. As you do this, use your other hand to trace a line up your thigh, to your entrance and eventually to your clit. Trace small circles over your clit. Start slow, at the same pace as your nipple play. Be slow, but firm. Stay like this, combining clit and nipple play for a minute or so, then, return to the instructions.
- Afterwards, use one hand to spread yourself again. Then, place some lube on one of your fingers and use it to begin teasing your entrance. Slide just the tip inside you before pulling out again. After a few seconds of this, stop spreading yourself with your free hand and begin playing with your clit instead. Make sure you’re still teasing your entrance as you play with your clit. Continue this until you’re desperate, then, focus on playing with your clit. Find whatever type of touching makes you feel best and stick with it.
- As you do this, slide a finger inside you. Leave your finger inside you as you play with your clit. Stay like this for a few seconds.
- Very gently slide your finger out and use that hand to return to massaging and playing with your nipples. Be gentle with them whilst you’re firm with your clit play.
- Alternate between playing with your nipples and sliding a finger inside yourself, slowly, before leaving it there for a few seconds and pulling it back out again. Continue playing with your clit throughout.
- Orgasm.
