3rd January 2023 – Breathing

Today’s session is about breathing, not breath play. Whilst breath play is usually about limiting your breathing, which can be dangerous and should not be done alone, today’s session is about synchronising your breathing with your play instead.

There has been a lot of research into the impact of breathing on the mind. Scientists have identified links between the rhythm of breathing and brain function, which is often why focusing on your breathing can help you relax.

With that in mind, now we’re going to experiment with how controlling your breathing can change your masturbation experience.


Rules and Information:

  • You can orgasm at any time. This is not about orgasm control.

  • You will need a quiet and private space. Controlling your breathing is much easier when you are relaxed and comfortable. Try to ensure you have a quiet place to play where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Optional: Massage oil. Massage oil can really help relax the body and in turn, the mind. Consider bringing some to today’s session.

  • Optional: Scents. Nice smells can also create a calming environment to try out your breathing experimentation. Consider options like incense, diffusers or essential oils.

  • Optional: Relaxing sounds. Ambient sound or calming music can also help set the tone for today’s session. Consider wearing comfortable headphones for an all-encompassing experience.

Instructions:

  1. Find somewhere comfortable and private to play.

  2. Take your clothes off and set up your space. Get everything you might need ready and within arms reach. You don’t want to interrupt your session with something unnecessary.

  3. Lay down begin getting reacquainted with your body. Caress your skin. Explore your curves. Take your time searching for new places that feel good. Close your eyes and use massage oil, if you have it available, to amplify the experience. Move onto the next instruction when you’re ready to play.

  4. Whilst laying on your back, rest your hands on your thighs. Now, breath in deeply. As you breath in, glide your fingertips over your skin and up your body, stopping at your nipples. As you reach the end of your breath, trace small circles around and over your nipples, until you’re ready to breath out. Then, slowly breath out, letting your fingersglide back down your body, resting them back on your thighs as you finish. Make sure that your breathing is controlled, don’t hold onto your breath too long, it should feel deep and natural.

  5. Repeat step 4 with your eyes closed. Breathing in as your fingers rise up your body and begin to gently play with your nipples, then letting your fingers glide back down as you breathe out. Count your breaths as you complete them and continue this process until you have completed ten breaths.

  6. After completing ten breaths, move your hands to rest on your chest. Breathe in deeply once more, massaging your breasts as you do. Once you reach the peak of your breath, use your finger and thumb to gently pinch your nipples and pull slightly – just enough to create a pleasant sensation. Hold this pinch as you breathe out, releasing once you have finished your breath.

  7. Repeat step 6 with your eyes closed. Massaging your breasts as you breath in, then gently pinching and pulling your nipples as you breathe out. Count your breaths as you complete them and continue this process until you have completed ten breaths.

  8. After completing ten breaths, spread your legs slightly and rest one hand between them. Breathe in deeply once more and as you do, use your finger to trace a line from your entrance to your clit. Once you reach the peak of your breath, begin tracing gentle circles over your clit. Continue this clit play until you begin to breathe out. Once you start breathing out, stop playing with your clit and trace a line back down to your entrance.

  9. Repeat step 8 with your eyes closed. Tracing a line up from your entrance to your clit as you breathe in, playing with your clit for a second or two, then tracing a line back down to your entrance as you breathe out. Count your breaths as you complete them and continue this process until you have completed ten breaths.

  10. This is the final part of the instructions. Breathe in deeply once more and as you do, slide two fingers up to your clit and begin playing again, just as you did before. Once you reach the peak of your breath, move trace a line back down to your entrance. Once you start breathing out, slide your fingers inside you slowly, holding them inside you as you finish your breathe. Once you start your next breath, slide your fingers out and move them back up to your clit to repeat the process.

  11. Repeat step 10 with your eyes closed. Starting with clit play, tracing a line down to your entrance during the peak of your breath, then sliding your fingers inside you as you breathe out. Count your breaths as you complete them and continue this process until you have completed ten breaths.

  12. Once you have finished, play however you choose and orgasm.
