Clitoral stimulation is the most common and popular type of masturbation, but that doesn’t mean you have to do it the same way every time. Just like all things sexual, clit play has room for experimentation and exploration, which is exactly what we will be doing today.
Today’s instructions focus on using different clit play techniques in a timed setting, pushing you to try new things until you discover the one that you enjoy most.
Rules and Information:
- Orgasm after you have tried each of the clit play techniques. These instructions are about exploration. Make sure you give yourself the chance to try each technique and find what works for you.
- These instructions are split into sections. There is a section for each of the three clitoral techniques you will be trying today.
- Spend five minutes on each section. This will give you time to experience each technique in full and pick your favourite.
- Get yourself warmed up. We will be jumping straight into each of the methods for clit play, so, make sure you give yourself time to tease yourself and get turned on beforehand.
- You will need a timer. Your phone will do.
Section 1: Spreading and Love Taps (Do this for five minutes)
Whilst it might sound like it, this method of clit play does not involve clit slaps – though, if you’re into that, you can find some impact play instructions here.
- Start by laying on your back. Use your ring and index fingers to reach between your legs and spread your labia apart. If positioned properly, this will expose your clit.
- Use your middle finger to trace a line up to your clit before softly tapping it, ensuring you lift your finger afterwards. Be gentle to start with as there is a chance you will feel a little more sensitive than usual.
- Hold yourself spread and continue to tap your clit like this. Find a speed and pressure which works for you and feels best.
- When you’re ready, instead of lifting your finger to tap your clit, hold your finger against it. Then, apply more pressure, pushing down onto your clit before releasing – as if you’re pressing it without lifting your finger. This will create a different sensation.
- Conclude by increasing the speed and pressure of this touching to whatever feels best – then, move onto the next technique when ready.
Section 2: Spreading and Come Hither (Do this for five minutes)
This masturbation technique can be more stimulating than most due to the higher likelihood of touching your clit directly, as opposed to through clitoral hood. With that in mind, make sure you start slow and gentle to find out how sensitive you’re feeling.
- Start by laying on your back again. Use your ring and index fingers to reach between your legs and spread your labia. If positioned properly, this will expose your clit.
- Trace your middle finger over your wetness so that it glides easily; then, press it down onto your clit and hold it there. Stay like this for a moment.
- When ready, with your labia still spread, use your middle finger to reach down and trace a line up from your entrance to your clit, curling your finger as you slide it upwards. This will seem similar to an upside-down “come hither” motion and will lead to your fingertip brushing against the exposed area of your clit. Do this slowly and gently to find how sensitive you are.
- Continue this come hither motion. Keep it slow and as gentle as possible. Tease yourself with the potential pleasure possibilities of this method of play, then, when desperate, increase the speed and pressure to whatever feels good.
- Move onto the final technique when ready.
Section 3: Pinch, Pull and Slide (Do this for five minutes)
You will not be pinching your clit hard, but you will be applying pressure from the sides. This is likely the most uncommon of the three techniques but can feel great.
- Start by laying on your back again. This time, spread your index and middle finger apart to make a v or peace sign. Then, slide your fingers down your body and between your legs so that your clit is resting between your fingers.
- Close the distance between your two fingers with your clit in the middle until you can feel them applying pressure to it. From here, lightly pinch your clit with your two fingers, applying a little extra pressure and then releasing. Repeat this until you’re ready to explore the next sensation.
- Once ready, stop the light pinching and leave your fingers resting with that basic pressure against your clit – close enough so that if you moved your fingers it would stimulate you. Then, with this pressure holding your clit in place, very gently lift your fingers away from your body, pulling your clit slightly at the same time, before dropping them back to your skin. Find the speed and pressure which feels best for you and stick to it until you’re ready for the final variation.
- Once ready, stop the up and down motions. Then, with your clit resting between your fingers again, begin sliding your fingers up and down your body. Use your wetness to help your clit glide between your fingers as they slide up and down – the friction on the sides of your clit should create a very different sensation to other forms of clit play. Again, find the speed and pressure which feels best for you and stick to it.
- Finally, choose whichever technique you enjoyed most during this experimentation and repeat it in a position and speed you like until you orgasm.
