Kegel exercises are all about strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are present in everyone and they serve an important purpose. Alongside keeping all of your reproductive organs in place, your pelvic floor muscles are also support the bladder and bowels. This means that if your pelvic floor muscles are weak, it can lead to incontinence.
Kegel exercises are particularly useful post-pregnancy when the pelvic floor can be weakened.
Whilst they’re not inherently sexual, kegel exercises are an important part of maintaining your body’s strength and keeping yourself comfortable as you get older. In short, they’re a great habit to get into!
Today’s instructions are simple – complete some kegel exercises before you play.
Rules and Information:
- You can orgasm at any time. This is not about control.
- Complete some kegel exercises before you play. The exercises will be outlined in the instructions below. Make sure to empty your bladder before you start!
- Try ben wa balls. Ben wa balls, also known as kegel balls, are toys you can use to assist in strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. For many, using ben wa balls can also create intense orgasms so if you have some, consider using them for these instructions. Use some lube before you slide the balls inside you.
- Use your favourite toys and techniques. Once you’re finished with your exercises, use whatever toys or techniques you prefer.

- For maximum effect, do this three times a day. Use ben wa balls before you begin contracting for additional benefits.
