Yesterday’s instructions were themed around orgasm control. Today, we’re rewarding our self-control by trying a play session that involves multiple orgasms rather than just one.
When it comes to achieving multiple orgasms, everyone is different. For some, it’s incredibly easy to have lots of back to back orgasms whilst for others, it’s a slower or more drawn-out process.
Today is not about having three orgasms in five minutes. Today is about experimenting with your pleasure and finding how you respond to post-orgasm stimulation; it’s about exploring whether having multiple orgasms is possible for you and if so, how to achieve it.
Rules and Information:
- Orgasm at any time. This is not about control.
- Orgasm at least twice before your session ends. After your initial orgasm, continue playing at a comfortable speed and pressure – see if you can build yourself up to a second orgasm. These instructions include three orgasm suggestions which you can try but don’t feel bound to follow things to the letter.
- Experiment with different types of stimulation and play, even if it’s just after you’ve orgasmed. For many, clitoral stimulation can quickly become overwhelming or even painful if it’s continued after an intense orgasm. That said, penetrative play, g-spot stimulation and touching other erogenous zones can still be incredibly pleasurable.
- Use your favourite toys and techniques. These instructions are about the exploration of your body and your arousal. Play in the ways that feel best for you, then, continue to play after you orgasm and see how it feels to orgasm a second time (or more if you’re inclined!)
- Remember that you are always in control. If things feel uncomfortable, painful or just not pleasurable – stop.
Instructions:
- Find somewhere comfortable to play.
- Start slow and teasing. Begin with caressing touches up and down your body, along your inner thighs. Massage your breasts and brush your nipples with your fingertips. Take some time getting acquainted with your body.
- When ready, use your favourite techniques to play. Slowly build yourself up and orgasm, then, after a few seconds, continue playing.
- Choose one of the following types of orgasms to try, then use the masturbation techniques to try and achieve that:
- Penetrative Orgasm (G-spot stimulation)
- Clitoral Orgasm
- Blended Orgasm
- Nipplegasm
- Again, take your time on your journey to your second orgasm. Experiment with what feels best. Pause or change things if anything gets too intense.
- Orgasm.
- Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 as many times as you are comfortable with.
