Time for a lazy Sunday.
Today’s instructions are a little more free-form. Instead of step-by-step instructions, I will be giving you a list of tasks to complete throughout the day. You can complete them in any order. Here are the rules.

- You can only orgasm after completing at least three tasks. These instructions are about exploring how extending your play throughout the day impacts your pleasure. Don’t rush!
- Complete one task each hour. Each task should only take five minutes; this will leave you just enough time between tasks to continue the tease without pushing you over the edge.

Tasks:
Each hour, return to this list and complete a new task. You do not have to complete them in order, simply pick the ones you’re most interested in. That said, make sure that you save your favourites for the end because you have to complete three tasks before you can orgasm!
- Focus on your nipples. You can use toys and accessories if you choose but you must focus exclusively on stimulating your nipples for five minutes.
- Play in front of a window. It’s a lazy Sunday but you can still add a little excitement. Spend five minutes masturbating next to in facing a window.
- Read a book whilst your vibrator is on. We have looked at this before. Find somewhere comfortable and sit down. With your vibrator on and stimulating you, try to focus on reading your book over the next five minutes.
- Wear a blindfold whilst you play. Spend five minutes playing whilst wearing a blindfold. Any blindfold will do, even if it’s just a scarf.
