The last time we looked at some sexercise, I promised no workout routine. This time, that’s being thrown out the window.
With lockdown ending, it’s time to get those positive habits back into place. What’s the best way to start a habit and keep it going? Incentives and positive reinforcement. What’s the best type of incentive? Orgasms.
So, here is a quick, beginner-friendly home workout routine. The only catch is that between each exercise, you should spend 60 seconds pausing and playing. Working up a sweat can have a big impact on libido and sexual pleasure. Why not see how it works for you whilst simultaneously getting fitter!
Rules and Information:
- You can orgasm at any time. This is not about control.
- Between each set of exercises, spend 60 seconds playing. That means if you have a set of 20 squats, you should stop and play after you have completed all 20.
- You will need a timer. Just so that you don’t get too distracted playing and forget that you’re meant to be working out…
- Wear the right clothes. Choose some activewear that’s suitable for working out. Pick the right shoes, too. Bonus points for outfits that you can pull down or pull aside (that will help when you’re playing).
- Use whatever techniques you prefer when playing. Toys are welcome!
The Workout:
- Jog for two minutes. Get your body and your muscles warm. Afterwards, play for 60 seconds.
- Stretch. Complete some stretches to get your warmed up muscles ready for a workout. Don’t skip this step! Afterwards, play for 60 seconds.
- 20 squats. Afterwards, play for 60 seconds.
- 10 push-ups. Afterwards, play for 60 seconds.
- 20-second plank. Afterwards, play for 60 seconds.
- 30 jumping jacks/star jumps. Afterwards, play for 60 seconds.
- 20 basketball jumps. Touch the ground and then jump in the air and lift your arms as if you’re shooting a basketball. Afterwards, play for 60 seconds.
- Repeat steps 1 – 7 two more times. You should do each set three times
- Once you’re finished, if you haven’t orgasmed, play until you do.
