We’re keeping things simple today.
As usual with rules-based instructions, I won’t be telling you exactly how to play. Instead, I’ll just be laying out some rules for you to follow during your play session, wherever and however you choose to enjoy it.

- You can orgasm at any time. This is not about control.
- Make sure that you spend some time playing in front of the mirror. Watching yourself as you play can be incredibly erotic. It’s also a great opportunity to appreciate your beauty and innate sexiness.

- Find a comfortable place to play in front of the mirror.
- Spend time teasing and playing with your nipples. You can do this as you play or as a precursor for your play. Experiment with gentle caresses, pinching, pulling and more. Experiment with the sensations you enjoy most.
- Orgasm.
