Mind the pun. Today’s instructions focus on the impact of exercise on your libido, sex drive and arousal.
We’re in the middle of lockdown and for many of us, it’s been months since we last exercised properly or went to a gym. How would that impact your libido, though? Research suggests that doing exercise in moderation has a significantly positive impact on your mental and physical health which, in turn, has a knock-on effect by boosting your sex drive and arousal. This boost is linked to improved body image and self-confidence, the release of endorphins to improve mood and the overall stress reduction..
So, for today, we’re keeping it simple and the only rules for the instructions are that before you play, you spend at least 30 minutes doing some kind of physical activity. This could be a brisk walk, a run, a cardio workout, an aerobics class, a yoga session – any form of exercise which you are happy to take part in.
You might find yourself feel sexier and in the mood afterwards.
Rules and Information:
- You can orgasm at any time. These instructions are not about orgasm control.
- You will need space and time to work out. Choose what you’re going to be doing to work out before the time comes and stick to it.
- Manage your expectations. You’re probably less fit now than you were a year ago. Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t keep the same intensity up that you used to! This is the first step towards regaining that fitness.

- Don’t push yourself too hard. Know your limits and slow down or stop exercising if necessary.
