Today’s instructions focus on shower play. Everyone has a preference when it comes to where and how they masturbate. For some it’s in bed, for others it’s in the bath and for a few, it’s in the shower. Today we’re going to explore that further with a few shower play techniques you can use, packaged into some neat and tidy instructions.
All you will need for these instructions is a shower, preferably with a head that allows you to change the water pressure, and some time in the bathroom alone. Note that because of some unusual science, being in the shower and covered in water can actually create more friction during penetrative play.
With this in mind, bring some lube and reapply it regularly. Be safe though – lube in the bath can become slippery if you spill it.
Rules and Information:
- You can orgasm at any time. These instructions are not about orgasm control, they’re about exploration.
- Bring lube and reapply it regularly. Even if you’re 100% confident, bring lube with you. There’s nothing worse than feeling in the mood and finding that you can’t play comfortably due to friction caused by the water from the shower. Water/soap are not substitutes for lube. Please remember this.
- You will need to spend a little while in the shower. Block out some time to get comfortable.
- If you can, create a relaxed atmosphere. Make sure your bathroom is warm, comfortable and relaxing to be in. Consider cleaning it beforehand if mess makes you stressed or try adding candles or incense for some added ambience.
- Keep an eye on your comfort. Extended periods of time in warm spaces (like the shower) can sometimes lead to light-headedness or dizziness. If at any time you begin feeling light-headed or dizzy, stop what you are doing, get out of the shower and if possible, lay down. Fainting in the shower is dangerous. Similarly, if you tend to struggle to stay upright when you orgasm, make sure that you are sitting before you do – or – leave the shower altogether to push yourself over the edge. Please, be safe.
Instructions:
- Get into the shower and set the temperature and pressure to whatever you’re used to. Soak in the water for a few minutes. Close your eyes, relax into the atmosphere and embrace the sensation of the water against your skin.
- Take your time soaping your body. Use your hands to trace lines up and down your thighs, between your legs, over your ass, around your sides, up your stomach, over your breasts and across your neck. Be gentle and unafraid to touch more sensitive areas like your nipples.
- Once soapy, start to focus on your nipples more directly. Use the soap on your skin to trace circles around each nipple using your fingertips. Every few seconds, turn those gentle circles into more direct touching, pinching lightly until your nipples slip through your fingers and flicking over the surface of them with the pads of your fingertips. Continue to do this for a minute or two.
- Go under the water and begin washing the soap off your body. Again, take your time with your touches, caressing your skin and removing any urgency. This should be a relaxing experience. Once the soap has been washed off, return to your nipples but this time, pinch them a little firmer now that the soap has been removed and pull a little harder, letting them slip through naturally after a few seconds. Alternate between this nipple pinching and gently massaging your breasts.
- When ready, use some lube on your fingertip to tease your entrance. Slide just your fingertip inside you and guide it back out slowly, tracing a line up to your clit to use the lube and your wetness for some slow clit play. Spend a few seconds playing with your clit before returning to your entrance, sliding your finger back inside you a little further before pulling it out again. Repeat this process of teasing and clit play until you are sliding your entire finger inside you, reapplying your lube whenever necessary.
- Once you have a single finger deep inside you, repeat step 5 but use two fingers instead. Again, tease your entrance with the tips of your fingers, then up to your clit for slow play and back to your entrance, pushing your fingers a little deeper this time. Return to the instructions when your fingers are fully inside you.
- With your fingers deep inside you, use the showerhead to begin stimulating your clit. Select whatever pressure settings you prefer and place the showerhead at whatever distance from your clit that feels best. Use the jets of water to stimulate your clit whilst your fingers are inside you. If the showerhead doesn’t do it for you, use your fingers instead.
- Begin to move the fingers inside you as you stimulate your clit, curling your fingertips and gently thrusting, increasing in speed and intensity until you find the perfect combination. Again, apply more lube whenever needed.
- Cum in the shower.
