Today’s instructions are tailored to vibrator owners, particularly those with larger vibrators that can be used to stimulate you as deeply as possible. Instructions:

  1. Start by stripping down to just your underwear, no bra, and laying on your back. Spend some time getting comfortable. Let yourself relax and let your hands explore your body freely, avoiding anywhere too sensitive.

  2. Once ready, take out your vibrator and set it to a low setting. Then, start to glide it over your skin gently. Start by circling around your breasts – trace a line spiralling closer and closer to your nipple until you finally reach it. Embrace the feeling of the vibration against your skin for a few seconds and then repeat on the other side. Spiralling and stimulating.

  3. After doing this to both nipples, let your vibrator move down to your underwear. Take your time moving it up and down your thighs, going as close to your clit as possible without touching it directly. Tease yourself for a minute or two, then, move your vibrator back up your chest and repeat the previous step, spiralling a path to each nipple.

  4. After a second moment of nipple stimulation, bring your vibrator back between your legs. Use the tip to tease your entrance gently through your underwear, holding it there for a few seconds before slowly sliding it up to your clit. Use just the tip of your toy so that the stimulation is focused on a single spot at a time.

  5. With your vibrator held against your clit, increase the vibration setting so that you can clearly feel it through the fabric of your underwear. Hold your toy in place like this, just the tip against your clit, and use your free hand to pinch and pull on one of your nipples. Continue this nipple play for 20 seconds, counting it in your head. Then repeat it again but playing with the other nipple, counting for another 20 seconds.

  6. Take off your underwear and turn the vibration off. Then, use your toy to feel how wet you are. Slide it between your legs, over your clit and your entrance. Relax into the feeling of it rubbing against your clit for a few seconds, then return to the instructions when you’re ready for the next stage.

  7. Once wet or lubed up, slide just the tip of your toy inside you and hold it there. Simultaneously, use your free hand to play with your clit or your nipples, whichever you prefer. Every 5-10 seconds, slide your toy deeper inside you and continue to play with yourself as you do. Then, once it’s fully inside you, stop your additional play, turn the vibration setting of your toy up to a medium speed and keep it in place, vibrating as deeply as possible inside you.

  8. Spend 30 seconds with your toy vibrating inside you like this. Count it aloud. Then, begin to play with your clit or your nipples using your free hand and count 30 seconds aloud again.

  9. Turn your vibrator up to the speed you enjoy most, then slowly slide it out of you and use the head to trace small circles over your clit before sliding it back inside you. Do this every few seconds, sliding your toy out, using it to play with your clit and then sliding it back inside you. Do this until you are desperate.

  10. When ready, find your preferred position, speed and technique. Then orgasm.
