I think everyone can agree that sometimes play sessions start because we’re procrastinating, bored, or disengaged with whatever we’re doing. There’s nothing inherently wrong with this! That said, sometimes it’s important to avoid procrastination and actually complete the tasks we have in front of us.
Today’s instructions are about using play as a reward to improve productivity. Unlike previous instructions, today will not focus on playing whilst you complete an activity, instead, you will have to wait until you’ve finished a specific task before you play at all.
Rules and Information:
- You will need a task to complete. The task must be genuinely valuable but can be related to any aspect of your life. The task could be career-related, like applying for jobs or completeing a work-related task, or drafting a new CV. Alternatively, the task could be lifestyle related, like doing a workout, cleaning your environment, or cooking a balanced meal. Whatever you choose.
- You must have completed your task before you start playing. Make sure that you leave yourself enough time to complete your task and play comfortably. Your play session is a reward, so try to ensure that you have the space needed to enjoy your reward fulling.
- Aside from these rules, you can play however you choose. Do whatever feels best, it’s entirely up to you.
Instructions:
- Select a task to complete. If you can, try to make it a task that you’re unmotivated to complete. Something that needs to be done but you rarely want to do.
- Complete the task.
- Play however you choose.
- Orgasm when you’re ready.
