It’s been a little while since we did some instructions which are more tailored to submissives. With that in mind, we’re going to be trying some new ways of adding an element of submission into your play, even if you’re alone or without your partner.
The main theme of these instructions will be writing, inspired by this post from the amazing @fraeulein_rosen_rot on Instagram. Writing is a great way to formulate thoughts and ideas into more concrete feelings and, in the case of submission, reaffirming the kink and the pleasure in a sexual setting.
Whilst a little unconventional, these instructions should add a new element to your submissive solo play and, hopefully, help you find a new way of incorporating kink into your masturbation.
Rules and Information:
- You can only orgasm after the final instruction. Dom/sub play is fundamentally grounded in control. In these instructions, you will be earning your orgasm by writing lines whilst you play. Once you have complete them all, you will be able to orgasm.
- Wear clothes. Remove your underwear but try to keep most of your clothes on throughout the instructions. Keeping your clothes on will help assist the fantasy that the instructions are a form of discipline rather than just a sexual act.
- You will need a pen and some paper. Check that the pen has plenty of ink or bring a few spares to be sure. You will need a few sheets of paper.
- You will need a vibrator with variable settings. This needs to be a vibrator which can stay inside you whilst you are sitting on a chair. Wands can work if you prefer clitoral stimulation, just hold it between your legs using your thighs.
Instructions:
- Begin by taking off your underwear and, if you’re wearing jeans or something similar, remove those too, so that you can touch directly between your legs.
- Spend the next few minutes warming yourself up. Tease yourself with gentle touches, avoiding anywhere sensitive. Close your eyes and fantasize about being teased and played with by your dominant. Imagine what they would say to you as they kiss up your neck and run their hands up your body.
- When aroused and wet, change from just teasing to more direct play. Continue to be slow and gentle but begin playing with your clit, using whatever technique you prefer. Do this for less than a minute, closing your eyes and continuing your fantasy about being played with by your dominant.
- Now, take out your vibrator. Lube it if necessary, running the tip from your entrance to your clit and back again. When ready, set the vibration level to a low setting and slide the toy inside you before sitting down at your desk or table and taking out your pen and paper.
- With your toy vibrating inside you, write “I will be a good girl.” ten times. Ensure you number each line so that you are sure you have done ten. Then, after completing the ten, lean back and play with your clit for a few seconds before slapping it gently, twice. Afterwards, return to the page and write “I will be a good girl.” ten more times, repeating your clit play and clit slap after you’ve finished. Repeat this cycle of writing, clit play and clit slapping until you have written “I will be a good girl.” 50 times.
- With 50 lines written, lean back again and remove your toy. Use its vibration to stimulate your clit and then increase the vibration to a medium setting. Slide your toy back inside you and sit back up, ready to write.
- Repeat step 5 – write ten lines, clit play and clit slap, up to 50 – except this time, write “I belong to [title].”
- With another 50 lines written, remove your toy, use it to tease your clit for a few seconds and increase the vibration to a high setting before sliding it back inside you.
- Repeat step 5 again – write ten lines, clit play and clit slap, up to 50 – except this time, write “Please may I cum, [title]?”
- Once finished with the third set of lines, lean back and use your toy and your hands to make yourself orgasm using whatever techniques you prefer.
