Today’s instructions are a little more hands-off than usual. Instead of in-depth instructions explaining exactly what you should do, today is about empowering you to play however you choose, with just a few rules to consider.

- You can only orgasm whilst looking in the mirror. This can be any mirror of any size in any position, as long as you are able to watch yourself play.
- You must be wearing at least one item of clothing at all times. This can be any clothing of your choice whether it’s casual, comfortable, sexy or something completely different.
- You cannot play whilst on your bed. Your bedroom is still okay but no playing whilst laying on your bed.
