Today’s instructions are fairly simple. All you will need is a toy and enough space and privacy to spank yourself.
This is suitable for all, as long as you enjoy some light to medium spanking as part of your play or would like to explore incorporating that.
Rules:
- You can orgasm at any time. This is not about orgasm control, it’s about pleasure and arousal.
- You will need a toy. Any toy which can be slid inside you. Love eggs and small vibrators count.

Instructions:
- Start by stripping down to your underwear, removing your bra and laying on your back. We’re going to warm up and get you in the mood. Let your hands roam across your body – don’t focus on where you’re sensitive, just let them explore your shape. Over your chest, down your stomach, up and down your thighs. Take your time, close your eyes and enjoy the sensation.
- When ready, use the very tip of your finger to slowly trace a line down your body. Avoid touching your nipples directly but spiral your fingers closer and closer as they move over your skin.
- Once your fingertips reach your nipples, stop. Do not touch them. Instead, begin to massage your breasts. Use both hands, spreading your fingers to avoid any direct nipples stimulation and massage gently. Close your eyes and enjoy this sensation, returning to these instructions when you’re ready for more.
- When ready, move onto your side. Use one hand to reach behind your back and spank yourself once, firmly. Afterwards, use the pad of a finger on your other hand to lightly press and stimulate one of your nipples. Continue to do this as you spank yourself a second time.
